Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and demonstrate strong time management abilities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to both clients and staff.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Suite and other scheduling tools.
Maintain an organized filing system for client records and documentation.
Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Experience as a construction receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
