Position Overview

Endpoint Clinical is seeking a high-performing, resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career in business operations, communications, or executive leadership support. Working closely with the CEO, this role provides a unique vantage point into the strategic and operational priorities of a growing, mission-driven company.

This role is a hybrid (2 days on-site) role in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO/COO and the executive team, managing a complex calendar, prioritizing time, and ensuring clear focus on high-impact priorities.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership team off-sites, and key strategic sessions with a focus on clarity, logistics, and follow-up.

Support executive communications with professionalism, accuracy, and care—managing correspondence, drafting internal messages, and ensuring timely responses.

Plan and manage travel, expense reporting, and occasional event logistics with efficiency and foresight.

Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.

Participate and potentially lead special projects that offer exposure to different business functions, helping build your skillset and business acumen.

Serve as a cultural ambassador and connector across teams—helping to drive alignment, clarity, and a sense of purpose.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

MBA or MS is a plus.

Experience

1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or operations experience preferred (internships and early-career roles welcome)

Skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills—written and verbal.

A high degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.

$75,000 – $85,000 a year

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s location, skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
