About The Role

Serotonin is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO, ensuring her personal & professional day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role demands a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional who can manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your role is integral to maintaining Amanda’s productivity and effectiveness. You will handle a variety of tasks ranging from complex calendar management and travel coordination to preparing for important meetings with partners and executives. You will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, as well as external partners. This includes managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.

Professional Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites as it relates to Amanda’s calendar.

Personal Responsibilities

Booking travel related & not related to Serotonin

Diary medical and personal appointments

Personal errands, (eg. mail sorting, gifting, personal purchases)

Support with her personal business entity

Gatekeeper and liaison with third parties on behalf of Amanda” or something similar

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Experience in Web3 or passion to learn about the space

Accommodating of diverse time zones

Proactivity is 100% essential – better to be see around corners and be preemptive

Extra emphasis on digital communication – Telegram, Slack, G-Suite, WhatsApp

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
