The Position: PAR seeks an Administrative/Executive Assistant to support PAR’s CEO and directors with daily activities and projects at the Boulders PAR location. This position will directly report to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities for the Administrative/Executive Assistant
Maintains supervisor travel arrangements and appointment calendar.
Arranges appointments, meeting conference. Arranges on-site interviews, orders and sets up travel and arranges for interviewees. Contacts the appropriate people to attend.
Processes all credentialing for providers joining PAR
Handles a variety of matters involving contact with various staff, board members, Vendors, community organization, medical committees and the general public.
Composes correspondence and disseminates to appropriate individuals.
Prepares various documents and handles confidential matters in accordance to the medical practice rules and procedures.
Credentialing process for all providers
Ensure and perform process for all providers to obtain hospital privileges
Process for all end of employment duties.
Manages meeting calendars, calendar invites including remote link and orders lunch/dinner as needed
Maintains license and DEA spreadsheet
Assists in MIPS faxing process
Tracks and orders, business cards and stationery
CME management for providers
Interfaces with Copy Machine and Printer vendors
Sends Flowers/card for staff illness or death.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Administrative/Executive Assistant
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Minimum two years of administrative experience including one year with a health care organization preferred.

Environmental / Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
Physical / Mental Demands:
Sitting for 90 percent of time as well as occasional standing and walking.
Manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard and office machines.
Ability to view computer screens for long periods.
Stress related to workload and physician / patient demands.
