What You’ll Do
Lead Capture & Proposal Generation – Manage inbound leads, qualify potential clients, and assist in creating proposals that align with our brand and business goals.
Marketing & Special Initiatives – Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, newsletters, and social media strategies to expand our reach.
Event Coordination & PR Outreach – Help organize special events, liaise with press contacts, and develop PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
AI Integration & Business Efficiency – Explore and implement AI tools to improve operations, marketing, and customer engagement.
Client & Vendor Communication – Act as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and a top-tier experience.
Creative & Strategic Support – Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to branding, sales, and operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Out-of-the-box thinker with a professional and polished presence
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Excited to learn about AI and business automation tools
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Knowledge of custom furniture is a plus, but not required
Social media and marketing experience preferred
