TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global finance firm to hire a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President. This is a critical role that requires a high level of discretion, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, forward-thinking, and deeply committed to providing seamless, high-level support.

Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to the President, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Manage an extremely active and dynamic calendar; prioritize and coordinate meetings across global time zones.

Arrange complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.

Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.

Prepare and edit high-level communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Support board meeting preparation, including scheduling, agenda setting, and document coordination.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the President’s time and workflow.

Coordinate special projects and initiatives as needed, often involving cross-functional teams.

Monitor key deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.

15+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a global organization, including experience supporting C-suite executives, required.

Experience working in finance strongly preferred.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment with professionalism and grace.

Strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and schedules.

Global experience and sensitivity to working across cultures and time zones.

Position pays a base salary range of $175,000 – $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level, as well as a bonus.
