Position Overview:We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our President and the executive team. This role is central to the management of daily business operations and coordination, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and government officials.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Oversee the President’s complex scheduling, manage meetings with diverse stakeholders, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the President, ensuring discretion and professionalism
Travel Arrangements: Organize travel and logistics to support business objectives, including itinerary development
Administrative Support: Manage expenses, process invoices, maintain office supplies, and support the President with IT and other technical issues
Document Management: Manage confidential documents, ensuring organization and accessibility, file expense reports, and prepare meeting materials
Special Projects: Assist the President with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Team Collaboration: Train and supervise other executive administrative staff to ensure comprehensive coverage and support
Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in an executive assistant role, with at least 1-3 years supporting C-Suite executives. Experience in managing board relations is highly regarded. Exposure to private and/or government sectors, as well as healthcare or managed care environments, is beneficial
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication, and organizational skills. Must be capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure with a high level of discretion and professionalism

Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required
