Must be willing to assist the administration team on daily tasks and work well with a team. .

Summary

As an HR Administrative Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting the Director of Finance and Administration by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will leverage your core skills in human resources and communication to facilitate employee orientation, talent acquisition, and performance evaluations. Additionally, your proficiency with software such as Paychex will help streamline processes, contributing to a positive workplace culture and efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of human capital management and employment law
Experience with talent acquisition and employee evaluation
Familiarity with project management and change management
Proficient in HR software such as Paychex
Ability to handle data entry and collection efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
