Accountability & Responsibility
1. Procurement Administration
• Coordinate procurement activities in accordance with TNB REMACO and TNB GenCo policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement-related documents and supporting documents.
• Liaise with vendors, Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC), end users and relevant stakeholders to facilitate procurement processes.
• Maintain procurement records, databases and trackers.
2. Performance Reporting
• Coordinate collection of data and information from various departments and business units.
• Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.
• Maintain performance dashboards, trackers and reporting templates.
• Support preparation of management reports, presentations and business review materials.
3. Document Management Support
• Manage and maintain departmental records, correspondence and document repositories.
• Ensure proper filing, document control and record retention practices.
• Support preparation and compilation of management papers, reports and presentation materials.
• Assist in audit, compliance and governance-related documentation.
• Support implementation and maintenance of TNB GenCo Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 37001 and ISO 9001) requirements relevant to the department and ensure proper documentation and records management in compliance with management system requirements.
4. Meetings, Workshops & Corporate Events
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, engagement programmes and departmental events.
• Prepare meeting invitations, presentation materials, minutes of meeting and action trackers.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support as required.
5. General Administrative & Business Support
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Support & Performance Unit.
• Assist in executing departmental programmes, management directives and strategic initiatives.
• Undertake any other duties, responsibilities and assignments as directed by the Manager, Senior Manager or Management from time to time.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience in procurement, administration, reporting, project coordination or related functions.
- Experience in procurement administration and performance reporting will be an added advantage
