Role Description
This on-site, part-time Executive Coordinator role is located in Sandy, UT. The Executive Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling email correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects. The role also involves maintaining organized records, coordinating events, and acting as a key support in the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, including calendar management and task prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft correspondence and interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in maintaining records and preparing documents
- Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event coordination and project assistance
