Administrative Assistant
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (In-office only, no remote work)
Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the office and ensuring seamless daily operations. This position involves handling mail, faxes, scanning, phone calls, and deliveries while providing essential administrative support to adjusters and clerical staff.
Responsibilities:
Open, stamp, and scan incoming mail.
Field and direct phone calls professionally.
Prepare and send deliveries as needed.
Support adjusters and clerical staff with administrative tasks.
Maintain organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure reliability and consistent attendance.
Qualifications:
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Business or four years of relevant business experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
