Your Skills and Background:

Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Confident in making decisions and taking initiative to resolve issues proactively.

Strong communication skills, capable of managing internal and external relationships effectively.

Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.

Proficiency in office productivity software and social media platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

What You Will Do

Executive Support

Email Management:Filter and prioritize the inbox, draft responses, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups.

Presentation Preparation:Create, edit, and refine presentations for various meetings, including the quarterly State of the Company address.

Expense Reports:Assist with the creation and management of expense reports.

Errands and Scheduling:Manage tasks and schedules, including appointments and personal errands, to ensure optimal use of the CEO’s time.

Meeting Support:Provide note-taking support in meetings and assist with organizing thoughts and meeting outcomes for further action.

Communications

Internal Communication Updates:Act as a central communication hub, facilitating the dissemination of information and keeping the CEO informed of team updates.

Personal Brand Management:Oversee the CEO’s professional social media profiles to bolster their personal brand and market presence.

Feedback Collection:Gather and analyze feedback from partners and team members to drive service improvement and satisfaction.

Business Engagement:

Strategic Research:Conduct research on M&A prospects, business opportunities, and competitors to support informed decision-making.

M&A Relationship Management:Maintain, nurture, and update records of M&A prospects in Hubspot CRM.

Office and Team Experience

Office Supply Management:Oversee the procurement of snacks and office supplies, ensuring the workplace is well-stocked and operational.

Office Aesthetics:Maintain a professional and well-kept appearance of all office spaces.

Team Building Activities:Develop activities that enhance camaraderie and foster teamwork for the entire team.

Budget Management:Maintain the company activity budget for team events and supplies.
