Langdon Place of Exeter, a well-respected all private pay assisted living community, is excited to announce we are under new local ownership and seeking a dynamic, experienced Executive Director to lead our exceptional team.
This is a rare opening at one of the region’s premier senior living communities, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, high-quality care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, compassionate leadership to all departments
Ensure exceptional care and services for residents
Oversee regulatory compliance, budgeting, and daily operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Drive occupancy and manage community reputation with professionalism and warmth
Foster a positive, team-focused workplace culture
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Assisted Living Facility (ALF) leadership experience strongly preferred
Proven management and operations experience in a healthcare or senior living setting
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and accountability
NH Administrator License or eligibility preferred
