Duties & Responsibilities

Execute the helpdesk functions for Expats Service Centre

Manage and monitor interactions via email and phone clients pertaining to issues, applications, or any matters with regards to expatriate services.

Provide advisory to MD and Non-MD companies, DE Rantau Nomad Foreign and Malaysia Tech Entrepreneur on business processes.

Redirect problems, requests and unresolved issues to appropriate resources.

identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to Client Manager or Management.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of related working experience

Graduate in any field form an established institute of Higher Learning
