Local Talents who have experience working in Fund Accounting/Fund Operation Team would be a perfect fit for this role. The Department primarily manages fund prices/Net Asset Value (NAV) and trades confirmations for all funds in the Company.
*NOTE: Candidates will be required to attend early morning shifts and work on public holidays onsite (on rotation basis depending on the market/region).
Job Responsibilities:
- To perform daily trades confirmation with brokers and financial institutions
- To extract and verify market closing prices for Equity and Fixed Income trades
- To monitor corporate actions and maintain the Security Master in the system
- To liaise with trustees, custodians and the Press on new fund accounts opening and fund prices publication
- To prepare statutory reporting
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
- 1 – 2 years working experience in relevant field
- Meticulous, detailed oriented and able to work with tight deadlines
- Fresh graduates or applicants without relevant experience but who have strong academic credentials will also be considered
