Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory management consists of inventory monitoring, discrepancy reconciliation, stock count arrangements, damage & aging report.
- Plan and manage the full order cycle, including transport, warehousing, and distribution to stores.
- Perform administrative and documentation functions as part of daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on shipment booking, shipment planning, shipment tracking & delivery updates.
- Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, and other related documents.
- Identify opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support additional tasks or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experiences in 3PL warehouse, freight forwarding, import/export, warehouse coordination, or transport planning.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field.
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) / WMS systems, inventory and order fulfillment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
