Responsibilities:
Track project progress and manage document inflow/outflow for management sign-off
Prepare presentation materials for meetings, handle regulatory requests, and compile reports
Organize management meetings, record minutes, and manage phone communications
Support marketing initiatives and manage customer inquiries
Schedule appointments, arrange travel, and maintain office operations
Liaise with Head Office regarding incoming communication and updates on guidelines and procedures
Coordinate and promote Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, such as community service events or sustainability programs
Act as a confidential HR liaison, assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, training coordination and staff engagement activities
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial industry
Self-starter with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Good communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese (preferably Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
