Purpose of Job
The Executive, People & Culture, is responsible for supporting end-to-end People & Culture (P&C) functions with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition for the In House Face to Face (IHF2F) team. This role ensures timely hiring of quality talent while contributing to P&C operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Outputs
- Timely and effective hiring outcomes.
- Well-coordinated recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date P&C records.
- Smooth execution of P&C operational processes.
Major Activities
1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals and other relevant channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Support candidate assessment and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate offer preparation, salary alignment and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates on hiring progress.
2) P&C Operations & Generalist Functions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and documentation.
- Assist in performance management processes and tracking.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with P&C policies, procedures and labour regulations.
- Handle general P&C queries and provide basic advisory support.
- Support monthly payroll administration, including verification of attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related data.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll submissions.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2- 4 years of relevant Human Resource experience with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Strong recruitment and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

Salary Range
RM3,500 – RM4,500
