This opportunity is in financial services to support high level executives, fully onsite Monday- Friday in Aventura, FL.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team, driving organizational success through the management of daily operations and special projects.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel arrangements, ground logistics, booking appointments for family, etc.
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and other business-specific software.
Schedule/coordinate appointments with vendors and home staff as needed.
Skills
Proven experience as an Executive personal assistant to high level executive- 5 years minimum
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Google applications
Degree is preferred. Financial services industry experience is a plus.
