Key Responsibilities of the Executive/Personal Assistant:
Serve as a critical point of contact for the Founders and Chief of Staff—calendar management, coordinating meetings, and executing seamless domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare polished presentations, reports, and documents using Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Track expenses, manage invoices, and provide light financial administration to support efficient operations.
Build strong internal and external relationships, ensuring proactive communication and timely follow-up.
Handle confidential information with integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.
Manage personal tasks and logistics, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with household vendors, planning events, sourcing gifts, and running occasional errands.
Oversee personal travel arrangements—from flights to fine dining—ensuring a flawless experience from start to finish.
Embrace ad hoc projects and jump in wherever needed, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a no-task-too-small attitude.
Qualifications of the Executive/Personal Assistant:
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a fast-moving, professional services setting.
Impeccable organizational and multitasking abilities with relentless attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to handle both personal and professional matters with discretion, efficiency, and care.
A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours needs.
Excellent communication skills and a poised, service-first demeanor.
