Executive Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur – $100-120K base

This is an incredible opportunity to support the business and personal lives of a great leader, who is a well-regarded leader in Entertainment. The client is seeking an experienced, reliable right hand who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment working alongside different personalities and internal/external partners. The position is fully onsite based out of an LA-based property and requires flexibility for overtime – all candidatesmust be comfortable in a household environment.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative and personal support to Principal.

Responsible for proactively managing and coordinating daily schedules/calendar, contacts, travel arrangements, and meetings (internal and external).

Remain flexible while prioritizing; understand the importance of various meeting requests accordingly.

Arrange detailed travel itineraries and all logistics/accommodations.

Run various errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc.

Partner with household staff for various properties to ensure things run smoothly.

Prepare travel and expense reports.

Partner with external vendors for various projects.

Respond to internal and external inquiries and keep a record of call/email responses and inquiries with diplomacy.

Coordinate family events as needed.

Responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information.

Provide clerical support, including filing, copying, and scanning.

Assist with special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting a busy principal, ideally having worked out of a home.

Ability to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of both personal and professional tasks.

Must have a strong sense of urgency.

Positive attitude for working with external vendors and clients in a friendly and warm manner.

Strong organizational skills to keep multiple calendars organized.

Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
