Full Job Description

Schedules appointments for the CEO, including all travel arrangements and hotel accommodations

Screen phone calls and manage the personal calendar for the CEO

Processes expense reports as necessary

Assists with recruiting efforts

Monitors and manages inboxes and emails

Prepares slides and presentation materials as needed

Records minutes of corporate meetings and prepares all related documentation

Communicates effectively with clients and business associates in the absence of the CEO

Assists in errands (picking up lunch, office supplies..etc)

Previous experience a plus

Flexible schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 – $39,920.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

On call

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
