🚀 We are expanding our team (Boutique Single-Family Office)

I am looking for an exceptional, multi-faceted individual to join our world as a Part-Time Private & Office PA (25 hours/week) based between Mayfair and West London.

This is a unique, high-trust role supporting a busy Managing Director across both his professional investments and personal/family logistics. If you are someone who thrives in a discreet, entrepreneurial environment and loves variety, this is for you.

What the day-to-day looks like:

75% Lifestyle & Family Management: You’ll be the logistics engine for a young family—managing properties in London and Cape Town (virtually), coordinating international travel itineraries, managing household staff, and handling personal financial admin.

25% Corporate Anchor: You’ll run our sleek Mayfair office, act as a key gatekeeper for a small investment team, and assist with light research or presentation prep.

The perfect fit:

Has 6+ years of experience in a high-level PA or lifestyle management role.

Lives within a reasonable commute of West London (for short-notice local errands).

Is hyper-organized, tech-savvy (MS Office), and understands the absolute discretion required by a Single-Family Office.

Wants a stable, flexible part-time setup (ideally Mon-Fri, 9am–2pm, though we can be flexible for the right person).

What’s in it for you?

Pro-rata Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
