About the Role
Creatr UK is hiring a highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our two founders. This role is designed to take full ownership of their personal and administrative lives — allowing them to focus entirely on running and scaling the business.
This is not a typical assistant role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the founders’ day-to-day priorities, both personal and professional — including inboxes, calendars, travel, household and family tasks, service provider coordination, and more.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative without being asked, and naturally brings order to fast-paced, high-responsibility environments. They will act as a gatekeeper, organiser, and executor — ensuring both founders are fully supported behind the scenes, with total trust and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and daily coordination for both founders
Book and manage travel, accommodation, restaurants, and appointments
Liaise with accountants, lawyers, service providers, and other third parties
Handle personal tasks — from purchasing gifts and booking events to overseeing errands and follow-ups
Create systems, checklists, and reminders to keep both founders on track
Monitor deadlines, outstanding tasks, and incoming priorities across personal and work-related matters
Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the founders
Manage highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
