About The Role
We’re looking for a confident Executive Personal Assistant to join our Head Office team in Moreton-in-Marsh. In this pivotal role, you’ll be supporting the Chairman and Board of Directors, helping to ensure the seamless operation of Board activities and communications.
As our Executive PA, you will be the central point of contact for the Board—coordinating diaries, managing key meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve high-level administrative tasks, complex scheduling, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for Board members
Organise Board meetings: logistics, agendas, and accurate minute-taking
Prepare and format professional reports, presentations, and Board papers
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Board
Coordinate internal events and corporate functions
Produce a monthly internal newsletter
Track action points, manage budgets, and support expense claims
Provide ad hoc support to other senior executives as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience supporting senior leadership or a Board of Directors
Outstanding organisational skills with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A high level of discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
Additional Information
Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
Location: Based at Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh
