Hardware

Creation of virtual meeting links

Recording of meeting

Attendance Sheets

Handling of GM’s in and out tray and managing GM’s calendar

Liaising with stakeholders’ PAs on meeting dates and events

Consolidating documents for Chairman/GM’s signatures, and to file

Filing and documentation of approved documents, including slides and minutes

Managing and Recording Document inside GM’s room/cabinets
