You will provide secretariat and administrative support to the department. Your secretariat role focuses on meeting management, including the collation of agendas, coordination of schedules and attendance, and arrangement of logistics. You will also draft minutes, maintain approval records for minutes and resolutions, and keep contact and mailing lists updated for Board, Board Committee and Fund Committee members. Administrative responsibilities include overseeing office equipment and facilities management, and maintaining staff records for training and other tasks as required by Management.

Job Requirement

Degree with at least 2 years’ work experience; Experience in corporate secretariat would be an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office applications, specifically in data analysis and presentations

Excellent command of both spoken and written English

Strong communications skills

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Highly motivated, meticulous and adaptable

Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsible, independent and resourceful in a dynamic environment

Self-motivated with strong initiative in problem-solving

Strong team player with collaborative mindset
