Responsibilities :
Executive Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize engagements to ensure efficient time management.
Travel Coordination: Plan and organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries, and on-ground logistics.
Communication Management: Act as the executive’s gatekeeper by managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses, and prioritizing urgent matters.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Project Management: Support the executive with special projects, research, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and documents with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Personal Assistance: Run errands, manage household-related tasks, and assist with individual projects as needed.
Requirements :
Min Diploma secretary degree preferred but no required
Proven experience minimum 5 years as a Secretary / Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Have good organizing skills, teamwork, communication skills, adaptation, and independence
