Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinateand manage the daily schedule and appointments.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls emails and otherforms of
communication
. Prepare and editdocuments presentations and reports. Maintainand update records databases and filing systems.
Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics forbusiness trips. Attend meetings take minutesand follow up on action items. Handleconfidential and sensitive information with discretion andprofessionalism. Manage office suppliesequipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with special projects and adhoc tasks asassigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree ina relevant field such as business administration or secretarialstudies. Minimum of 5 years of experience asan executive secretary or similar role preferably in a corporatesetting. Certifications in secretarial skillsor office management are a plus. Experienceworking with senior executives and managing theirschedules. Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities anddeadlines. Proficiency in using officesoftware and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail
and accuracyin all tasks including document editing andproofreading.
Professionalism

Fluency in English.
