Job Summary: The Executive / Sr. Executive – Admin is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations of The Premium Homes Limited. This role acts as the operational backbone of the office, providing high-level support to senior leadership and acting as the primary liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders. The incumbent will oversee office infrastructure, compliance, documentation, and blue-collar workforce management with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Administrative Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence handling.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Oversee procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely payment of utility bills, renewal of company licenses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and organize company meetings, conferences, and internal events.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, hygiene standards, and a productive work environment.

2. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all company documentation, regulatory filings, and tax-related records are current and compliant.
  • Safeguard company assets through proper documentation and control procedures.
  • Visit relevant Government and regulatory offices for official matters as required.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present reports, office policies, and operational updates to management.

3. Project & Site Operations

  • Oversee and maintain the total site/project operational workflow at the assigned location.
  • Report on project operation status regularly to Management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management to ensure smooth business operations at the site.
  • Ensure all staff deployment aligns with production and project operational needs per company policy.

4. People & Workforce Management

  • Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and supervision of blue-collar support staff (cleaners, messengers, drivers, etc.).
  • Monitor and evaluate daily staff performance and attendance.
  • Maintain and optimize canteen and meal management services for site staff.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet project demands.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Candidates with Real Estate experience will get the most priority)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs etc) MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English.
  • Organization: Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
  • Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Mobility: Willingness to visit government offices and external stakeholders when required.
