A leading Garments factory in Chattogram is looking for a dedicated & passionate candidate for Admin Department for our Dhaka Office.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations of the guest house.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of guest house facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
- Receive Board of Directors, top management, buyers, and VIP guests and ensure high-standard hospitality services.
- Arrange and oversee food, beverages, and special hospitality requirements for guests.
- Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage periodic reports of guest house billing, cost sheets, and expense tracking.
- Monitor and control guest house operational costs and budgets.
- Maintain and monitor guest house assets including furniture, appliances, linen, and fixtures.
- Ensure proper inventory management of guest house items and consumables.
- Handle vendor coordination for food supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
- Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the guest house premises.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Skills Required: MS Excel
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
