A leading Garments factory in Chattogram is looking for a dedicated & passionate candidate for Admin Department for our Dhaka Office.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the guest house.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of guest house facilities.
  • Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
  • Receive Board of Directors, top management, buyers, and VIP guests and ensure high-standard hospitality services.
  • Arrange and oversee food, beverages, and special hospitality requirements for guests.
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage periodic reports of guest house billing, cost sheets, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and control guest house operational costs and budgets.
  • Maintain and monitor guest house assets including furniture, appliances, linen, and fixtures.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of guest house items and consumables.
  • Handle vendor coordination for food supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the guest house premises.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills Required: MS Excel

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments
