- Manage corporate mobile connections, including SIM allocation for new employees, maintaining updated SIM records, and coordinating monthly mobile bill reports.
- Arrange protocol and logistics for delegates and guests, including hotel reservations, refreshments, interview support, and necessary event arrangements.
- Supervise support staff (office assistants, cleaners, gardeners, etc.), ensuring proper grooming, hygiene, duty rosters, and overall office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Oversee canteen and kitchen operations by ensuring quality purchase of groceries, maintaining hygiene standards, and arranging food services for office programs or events.
- Monitor office security operations by coordinating with security staff, ensuring workplace safety, and processing related monthly bills.
- Prepare and maintain various administrative reports, including attendance and allowance records of drivers and support staff.
- Handle petty cash transactions responsibly by collecting bills, verifying documents, obtaining approvals, and submitting expenses according to finance guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics and maintenance work such as electrical, plumbing, generator, AC, gas, and other utility services, including communication with utility authorities when required.
- Support procurement activities including stationery, recurring office items, service procurement, and other administrative purchases based on organizational needs.
- Assist in organizing office events and employee engagement activities by coordinating logistics, food distribution, decoration, and budget tracking.
- Manage employee uniforms for different groups including support staff, drivers, and security personnel, ensuring timely production and distribution.
- Maintain inventory and administrative assets, support management house maintenance and rent collection, and perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
