PIONEER SIMONA TANNING BD LTD is looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive (HR & Admin)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain record office furniture chair, table etc.
- Addressing employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Assist to manage vendors and support services.
- Ensure proper house keeping all the factory premises.
- Maintain disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.
- Maintain register which is required for DIFE and other social compliance.
- Assist in identifying training needs, helping to develop training plans, coordinating induction sessions, maintaining training records and supporting follow-up on training effectiveness.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel files
- Assist in performance management and appraisal process.
- Assist to ensure compliance with labor laws and audits for social compliance.
- Responsible for office guest entertainment.
- Supervise factory administration -security, transport, local accommodation facilities.
- Drafting official memos, letters for government authorities and maintaining internal communication.
- Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
- Perform any other administrative or management tasks as assigned by higher management.
Educational Requirements
- Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: HR and compliance, Worked in RMG Factories
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies,Tannery/Footwear
