Accounting & Administrative Coordinator
The Accounting & Admin Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of Belvista Software. This position is responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple financial and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The Accounting & Admin Coordinator contributes to the success of Belvista Software through the following responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Processing payroll and assisting with employee expense reimbursements.
Assisting in financial reporting, including preparing basic financial statements and account reconciliations.
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Supporting administrative functions such as vendor management and office organization.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budget tracking.
Performing other general administrative duties to support the finance and operations team.
Experience
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with bookkeeping expertise and strong administrative skills. Helpful experience includes:
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience processing payroll and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
