Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between the executive team and clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.

Manage email correspondence, prioritize incoming messages, and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive team.

Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including conferences, seminars, and client meetings.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.

Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate executive schedules and time zones.
