Title: Export Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring that import/export orders are processed on time and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and record all received import/export orders in tracker with accurate data entry.
- Record import-export billing transactions and ensure all import-export billing accuracy.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of completed set of export customs declaration documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all document information.
- Oversee export shipment bookings and communicate with freight forwarders to resolve operational issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor whole import/export shipment status to ensure all documents are ready and ensure all custom clearance documents 100% to meet the Customs requirements.
- Coordinate with customer service representatives and warehouse and forwarder to ensure shipment delivery is according to timeline smoothly.
- Complete the filling and archiving of full set of import/export documents.
- Partner with cross-departments to provide related documents support.
- Cost analysis and can control daily import-export cost.
- Other jobs/assignments/projects assigned by the leader.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience with import and export process
- Familiar with import and export policies issued by customs.
- Experience with supply chain management and manufacturing planning are advantageous.
- Knowledge of and experience from chemical / paint industry are advantageous
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English
- To work independently and effectively.
- To handle stress and work under tight datelines.
- Committed to work that has been assigned and take on additional task.
