Job Description
Organize all procurement activities relating to Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFQ)
Handles cost analysis and vendor negotiations to ensure award recommendation considers quality, risk, cost, value, and procedural compliance
Vendor management – ensures all 3rd-party services have active contracts and complied with outsourcing requirements and closely coordinate with the vendor on the completion of delivery and services and initiate facilitating supplier performance reviews
Handles mandatory Occupational Safety and Health regulatory compliance items such as, but not limited to, mandatory reports, training & certification.
Responsible for overseeing office operations, including housekeeping, inventory management, document handling, asset tagging, permit renewals, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Office Management or other related courses
At least 2 years of experience related to office admin, procurement, vendor management and facilities management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be adaptable and flexible to handle various responsibilities
Capable of addressing and resolving issues efficiently
