RK&K is committed to finding a dedicated and strong Administrative Assistant for our Orlando FL office in support of our CEI Construction Group. In this role, you will provide task-oriented operations support for construction project management and inspection staff. You will be responsible for these essential functions:

Basic Responsibilities/Functions

Assist with invoices, progress reports, and general bookkeeping functions
Track, log and schedule staff training classes and certifications
Maintain mileage log for company vehicles
Support Fleet Managment
May need to deliver company vehicles to project sites or other offices located in Florida
Communication Skills verbal and written; Answer phones and exhibit professional demeanor while responding to calls, emails and interacting internally and externally
Draft and edit correspondence and other documents
Accomplish various professional office administrative tasks
Order office supplies and keep an inventory of supplies
Receive and route daily mail and overnight packages; prepare outgoing mail and packages/equipment – distribute tracking information to appropriate individuals
Take pride in the appearance of the office area

Required Skills and Experience

Two (2) years’ professional office administration experience
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills with working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Highly organized and attention to detail
