Full Job Description
Full time temporary position (4-5 months). We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Facilities Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting data from various pieces of equipment into our asset management database (Asset Panda).
Essential Functions and Key Position Accountabilities
Enter information from equipment into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Sort, organize, and file documents after data entry.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Travel to all Taco Time NW owned restaurants for on-site logging of company equipment
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Washington State Driver’s License Required
EXPERIENCE
Experience with data entry.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Communication
Requires ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Proficient keyboarding skills required.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of algebra, geometry, and statistics.
