* Rate: £18+ per hour (dependant on experience)

* Working Pattern: 3–4 days per week in the office (based on business needs)

* Contract Length: 6–9 months

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing group helpdesk email enquiries

* Raising and managing purchase orders and quotes

* Monitoring, data inputting, and reporting

* Keeping accurate records

* Responding to enquiries professionally

* Supporting the FM team with general administration

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong administrative background

* Experience in Facilities Management or Property

* Confident communicator and highly organised

* Proficient with CAFM systems or asset management systems
