Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Boston, MA. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the venue, managing repair projects, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also includes managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and implementing facility improvement projects to ensure the venue maintains the highest standards of functionality and cleanliness.
Qualifications
Experience in facility management, maintenance, and repair
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Strong organizational skills for managing staff schedules and inventory
Project management skills for overseeing facility improvement projects
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA
Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, or related field preferred
