Position Summary:
Kramer & Frank P.C. seeks qualified candidate to join our Client Support team! Client Support Administrative Assistants are responsible for all client communication and ensuring accounts are moved through the collection process flawlessly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and demonstrates effective communication skills. A qualified candidate would also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as Adobe Acrobat. We are seeking a motivated individual with a desire to learn.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serves as client liaison ensuring clients receive exceptional service at all stages of the collection process
· Analyzes data received by clients to determine course of action required to comply with client standards
· Monitor case status and provide prompt status reports to clients based on their preferences
· Communicates effectively with other departments to compile information regarding account status and resolve issues
· Responds to all client inquires promptly and efficiently via email, client workflows, or EDI coding
· Records and reports consumer complaints accurately and assists in resolution when required
Required Skills:
· Basic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft office applications preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Positive attitude
