About Us
Omega Fine Products is a manufacturing company forming part of a diversified group of companies. We are looking for a reliable and organised Factory Administrator to join our team and keep the wheels turning at our factory.
The Role
You'll be the go-to person at the factory for all things admin. From petty cash and fleet cards to timesheets, licence renewals, and IT fault logging; you'll be the critical link between our factory floor, sales team, and the centralised finance and HR functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing petty cash and doing weekly reconciliations.
- Handling fuel recharges and fleet card reconciliations.
- Collecting and submitting timesheets to HR for payroll.
- Submitting payment requests from factory and sales teams to finance.
- Completing credit applications for suppliers and customers.
- Keeping the filing system organised (physical and digital).
- Tracking and managing licence and certificate renewals so nothing lapses.
- Being the factory's contact person for finance queries and IT support issues.
- Providing day-to-day admin support to the COO and CFO.
What We're Looking For
Must have:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- At least 2–3 years' admin experience (manufacturing or factory environment is a plus).
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with petty cash, basic recons, and filing.
Nice to have:
- A diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Admin, or Finance.
- Experience working in a multi-entity or group company environment.
