About Us

Omega Fine Products is a manufacturing company forming part of a diversified group of companies. We are looking for a reliable and organised Factory Administrator to join our team and keep the wheels turning at our factory.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person at the factory for all things admin. From petty cash and fleet cards to timesheets, licence renewals, and IT fault logging; you'll be the critical link between our factory floor, sales team, and the centralised finance and HR functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing petty cash and doing weekly reconciliations.
  • Handling fuel recharges and fleet card reconciliations.
  • Collecting and submitting timesheets to HR for payroll.
  • Submitting payment requests from factory and sales teams to finance.
  • Completing credit applications for suppliers and customers.
  • Keeping the filing system organised (physical and digital).
  • Tracking and managing licence and certificate renewals so nothing lapses.
  • Being the factory's contact person for finance queries and IT support issues.
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the COO and CFO.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • At least 2–3 years' admin experience (manufacturing or factory environment is a plus).
  • Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with petty cash, basic recons, and filing.

Nice to have:

  • A diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Admin, or Finance.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or group company environment.
