Hilco Development Services is a dynamic and fast-paced company committed to excellence in construction. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team and help maintain efficiency in our demanding work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

● Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

● Maintain accurate records and organize company files, both physical and digital.

● Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation.

● Collaborate with Accounting to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

● Handle office supply inventory and procurement.

● Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks.

● Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

● Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

● A positive and professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to perform in an active construction environment, regularly sit, stand, walk, talk and listen, and frequently lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Individuals must be able to access all points of a construction site in a wide range of work environments.
