Duties:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
– Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
– Enter and update data in various systems or databases like in Quickbooks, Fexa, Umbrava, service titan.
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
– Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
~Invoicing, proposals, answering phone calls, responding to emails ect.
Experience:
– Previous experience working with a plumbing company preferred.
– Proficiency in using quickbooks, Service Titan Fexa, Umbrava, software.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Familiarity with plumbing is a plus
