Job Title: Field Verification Officer

About the Role
We are looking for Field Verification Officers to support our verification operations across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer or employee locations for address verification
- Verify employment details by visiting company offices when required
- Support education and document verification activities
- Conduct phone-based verification checks
- Update verification details in the system
- Capture required photos and field evidence using mobile applications
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on time
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Report any incorrect or unclear information to the operations team
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Field Verification, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, or similar roles
- Must be a Graduate
- Comfortable with local travel
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools
- Good communication skills in local language
- Basic English skills preferred
