Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Administrator for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Bogor. The Finance Administrator will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing data to support decision-making, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Accounting principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and creating reports
- Knowledge and experience in Finance operations and systems
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with teams and presenting financial insights
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data management and compliance
- Proficiency in financial software or tools, such as Microsoft Excel or accounting software, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial administration or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
