Finance Administrator Job in Surfers Paradise QLD at AccorHotels –
Our Gold Coast Head Office team is looking for their next Finance Administrator – Groups.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:
Assist with Checking incoming banking daily via unallocated spreadsheet
Manages all invoicing for credit and non-credit groups business
Standardise process – assist with set SOP’s for Groups department
Assist with Monitoring deposit payments and daily application in Ivvy – support team to apply correctly
Run upcoming booking report, and Non Zero Balance reports notifying team of follow up requirements
Assist Review AR report
Action Group emails and follow up
Assist and investigate non-payment follow up on non-payment
Reconcile all Non Credit Groups to completion to handover to finance AR team for adjustments and payment processing.
Work with and maintain constructive relationships with your Manager, Groups and Property teams
Assist with providing face to face training to the Group Team
