Key Responsibilities:

Support the management of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.

Process and set up new customer and supplier accounts in the system.

Reconcile daily transactions and payments.

Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, including preparation for year-end accounts.

Handle office administration tasks such as mail sorting, scanning, and filing (both digital and physical).

Serve as the first point of contact for customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person.

Assist in creating marketing materials.

Maintain Health & Safety standards in line with HSE and company policies.

Knowledge & Skills:

Previous experience in office administration.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
