About the Role
The Finance Director oversees all financial operations for the Town, including budgeting, accounting, treasury, payroll, tax collection, capital planning, financial reporting, debt management, and internal controls. This position also provides strategic financial guidance to the Town Manager and Town Council while leading a talented finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7–10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in municipal or governmental finance
- Extensive knowledge of budgeting, GAAP, financial reporting, treasury management, and internal controls
- Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Pay: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
